In-Store Return Policy

Return Procedure for Online and In-Store Purchases

Thank you for shopping with iSalesDublin. To facilitate a smooth return process, please review our return policy below:

 

Return at Our Store:

All products, whether purchased online or in-store, must be returned in person at our store location. We do not accept returns by mail or courier service.

 

Eligibility for Refunds:

Only faulty products are eligible for a refund. If a product is found to be faulty, the customer is entitled to a refund or replacement, provided that the product is still available in-store. Faulty products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

 

No Returns for Change of Mind:

We do not accept returns if the customer changes their mind about a purchase. Customers are encouraged to carefully consider their purchases before completing the transaction.

 

Return Conditions:

To qualify for a refund or replacement, the returned product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • It must be in its original packaging and undamaged in any way, including scratches, dents, cracks, or any other damages.

  • The customer must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

 

Process for Returning Faulty Products:

  • Bring the faulty product along with its original packaging and proof of purchase to our store location within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Our staff will inspect the product to verify the reported fault and assess its eligibility for a refund or replacement.

  • If the product is still available in-store and meets the return conditions, the customer may choose between a refund or replacement.

 

Additional Information:

  • Refunds will be issued using either Cash payment, Card Payment, or Store-Credit payment method.

  • If the faulty product is no longer available in-store, we may offer an alternative product of equal value or issue a store credit.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or are not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Store Policy on Deposits and Pre-orders:

 

Deposits:

  1. If a customer places a deposit on an in-store product to be placed on hold, they have a maximum period of two weeks to return and pay the outstanding balance to collect the product.

  2. Should the customer decide to cancel the purchase after placing a deposit, they will not be entitled to a full refund of their deposit.

  3. Failure to complete the purchase and collect the product within the specified two-week period will result in forfeiture of both the deposit and the product's current price.

 

Pre-orders:

  1. Customers interested in pre-ordering a product that is currently unavailable or not in-store must pay a deposit.

  2. Once the pre-ordered product is purchased by the retailer, any change of mind by the customer resulting in cancellation of the purchase will lead to the forfeiture of their deposit
